It’s here! Well, almost… From the excellent Hasegawa Model homepage in English and even better, the Japanese page has the release date of 14th December, 2009!

The Hasegawa team have worked really hard and hit their goal of a 4th Quarter release in 2009 and the kit doesn’t disappoint. By way of fan service from both Kow Yokoyama Sensei and Hasegawa I have an early test shot version of the kit to show everyone early and they’ve asked me to recreate my 1/20 Scale LunaDiver Stingray scheme in the smaller scale as it’s now an official scheme and is on the Paint Cards.

After a really busy and hectic weekend my camera is full so a couple of quick iPhone pics of the contents and decals and back tomorrow with good photos and a kick off Work in Progress.

Really sorry about the bad pics but the day, batteries and hardware are all out from a big weekend so back soon with more tomorrow!
